JBM Workflow & Ordering Guide
From order submission and artwork review through to freight confirmation, production and delivery, our process keeps custom printing clear and manageable. We review every project before invoicing and only begin production once the artwork, order details and payment requirements are confirmed.
How It Works
Every order follows a clear review and production process. You know what is being checked, when approval is required and when your project is ready to move forward.
Select the product, specifications, sizes and quantities you need. Add your artwork, project notes and delivery details, then submit the order without making payment.
Our team checks the supplied information, quantities, product requirements and artwork. If anything needs clarification or adjustment, we contact you before the order proceeds.
We provide the artwork proof and a Pro Forma Invoice confirming the reviewed order, applicable freight and final total before payment is required.
Approve the artwork and order details, then complete payment using the available method. Approved JBM account holders proceed under their agreed trading terms.
Once approval and payment requirements are complete, your order enters production. Printing, finishing and final quality checks are completed for the selected product.
Your order is checked, packaged for protection and prepared for courier dispatch or collection. We notify you when it is ready and provide tracking when available.
Our Approach
The important details are reviewed before your job enters production, giving you clear information and the opportunity to confirm everything first.
Submit the project details first. Payment is requested after the order, artwork and delivery requirements have been reviewed.
Every supplied file is checked for the key technical requirements that affect professional print production.
Delivery is calculated from the destination, quantity and packaged order requirements, then shown on the Pro Forma Invoice.
Why JBM Works This Way
Open each section to understand why the JBM process is structured around review, clear information and confirmation before production.
Freight depends on the destination, quantity, finished sizes, package dimensions and handling requirements. Reviewing the complete order lets us calculate delivery from accurate information instead of relying on a general estimate.
The applicable freight amount is included on the Pro Forma Invoice so you can review the complete project total before payment. Collection can also be arranged when suitable.
You receive the reviewed delivery cost as part of the complete order total before production begins.
We review the supplied file for the technical requirements that affect printing, including dimensions, resolution, bleed, safe areas and other product-specific preparation requirements.
If something may affect the result, we contact you before production. You can supply an updated file, approve an available option or request artwork assistance when required.
The artwork and order requirements are confirmed before your job enters production.
Submitting an order gives us the information needed to review the project. It does not require immediate payment or send an unchecked job directly into production.
After the artwork, specifications, quantities and delivery requirements are reviewed, we provide the Pro Forma Invoice. Production begins after approval and payment, or under approved JBM account terms.
You can review the artwork, order details, freight and final total before payment is required.
Our product pages and calculators help you choose specifications, sizes, quantities and finishing options while keeping the information connected to the product you are ordering.
If the project is unusual or you are unsure which option is suitable, the JBM team can review the requirements and help identify the most practical way forward.
Clear product information and direct assistance make custom printing easier to organise.
We focus on suitable materials, accurate preparation and reliable production rather than reducing quality simply to offer the lowest possible price.
Repeat, larger and ongoing orders can be reviewed for suitable production options, quantity pricing and practical ways to keep future ordering consistent.
Customers know their specifications, artwork and production requirements will be reviewed carefully each time.
