Pro Forma Invoice Issued
A Pro Forma Invoice confirming the final order value, including any applicable freight charges, is emailed to you for review and approval.
Approval & Payment
Once you approve the confirmed order total, payment can be completed using your preferred available method.

Complimentary standard delivery is available to Australian capital cities and selected metropolitan areas.

Does the welcome sign include an easel?
No. CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Signs are supplied ready to display on a suitable easel, however the easel is not included as standard. A compatible easel may be added to your order as an optional extra where available, or you may use your own timber or metal display easel.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. You can upload your own print-ready artwork when placing your order. Your files will be reviewed before production begins.
Can I choose one of your design templates?
Yes. If you don't have your own artwork, simply choose one of our professionally designed CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Sign templates and personalise it with your names, event details and date.
Can I keep the sign after the event?

Delivery & Payment
Is delivery available Australia-wide?
Yes. Delivery is available throughout Australia. Freight is calculated separately after your order is submitted and is based on the size, quantity and delivery destination.
Any applicable freight costs will be confirmed as part of your order review before payment is required.
When are freight charges confirmed?
Every order is reviewed after submission. Where freight applies, the delivery cost will be included on your Pro Forma Invoice before payment is requested.

No. Payment is not required when your order is submitted. Your order is reviewed first and a Pro Forma Invoice is emailed for your approval before payment is requested.

Yes. CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Signs are suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor events. Extended exposure to severe weather, strong winds or prolonged outdoor conditions is not recommended.
How do I clean my CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Sign?
Dust can be removed using a soft, dry microfibre cloth. If required, lightly wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and harsh chemicals.
Does my CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Sign include a warranty?
Yes. Every CanvasTex™ Event Welcome Sign includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
When displayed and cared for correctly, your CanvasTex™ Art Panel is designed to provide many years of enjoyment. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect handling or normal wear over time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If damage has occurred during transport, contact JBM Displays as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist you.
