Delivery or Collection Confirmed
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination, postcode, order quantity and final package size. Collection may also be available by prior arrangement.
Artwork Proof & Pro Forma Invoice Sent
Your artwork proof and Pro Forma Invoice are emailed together. Review the artwork carefully, including spelling, images, positioning and final layout. The Pro Forma Invoice confirms the products, final pricing and any applicable delivery charges.
Artwork Approval & Payment Requirements
Approve the supplied artwork proof before production. Customers without an approved trading account must also complete payment. Approved account customers approve the artwork and payment follows their agreed account terms.

Released to Production
Once the artwork is approved and the applicable payment requirements are satisfied, your ESSENTIAL Roller Banner order is released to production. Tax Invoice documentation is issued according to the applicable payment or approved account arrangement.
Delivery Information

Delivery is calculated after your Roller Banner order has been received and reviewed. Charges are based on the destination, postcode, order quantity and final package size.
The applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown on your Pro Forma Invoice before artwork approval and any applicable payment are requested.
Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Customers without an approved trading account must complete payment before production begins. Approved account customers follow their agreed account terms.

What is the displayed graphic size?
The ESSENTIAL Roller Banner is available in three displayed graphic sizes: 600 mm wide × 1600 mm high, 850 mm wide × 2000 mm high, and 1000 mm wide × 2000 mm high.
Is the roller banner single-sided?
Yes. The ESSENTIAL is a single-sided roller banner designed to present one forward-facing graphic.
What material is the graphic printed on?
The graphic is printed on Edge Tex Eclipse black-back display fabric, selected for vibrant colour, improved opacity, a smooth presentation and reduced edge curl.
Why do you use fabric instead of polypropylene film?
Edge Tex Eclipse fabric provides rich, vibrant colour, a low-glare presentation and straighter edge performance with reduced edge curl. Its flexible fabric construction is also less likely to show visible creasing and handling marks during normal repeated use.
Is the carry bag included?
Yes. A padded carry bag is included with every Print + Base configuration for convenient transport and storage.
A carry bag is not included when ordering Print Only.
Can the graphic be replaced later?
Yes. Select Print Only when ordering a replacement graphic for a suitable compatible Roller Banner base.
Compatibility and professional installation must be confirmed before production. Do not open or attempt to retension the spring-loaded cassette yourself.
Can the roller banner be used outdoors?
The ESSENTIAL Roller Banner is designed primarily for indoor exhibitions, retail spaces, receptions and events. It should not be used outdoors in wind, rain or unstable conditions.

Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your print-ready artwork when placing the order. Every submitted file is reviewed before production begins.
Do you provide an artwork template?
Yes. Three PDF artwork templates are available: 600 × 1600 mm, 850 × 2000 mm and 1000 × 2000 mm.
Download the template matching your selected Roller Banner size and follow its marked bleed, safe and concealed areas.
Where should important text and logos be positioned?
Keep all important text, logos and essential imagery inside the safe area shown on the template. Extend background colours and images through the complete required print area.
What artwork file format should I supply?
The calculator accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF and Adobe Illustrator files up to 25 MB per file. A correctly sized, high-resolution, print-ready PDF is preferred where available.
Will my artwork be checked before printing?
Yes. Every submitted file is reviewed for dimensions, print suitability and obvious production issues before printing begins.
Can I change my artwork after ordering?
Changes may be possible before production begins. Contact JBMVootu immediately after placing your order if a change is required.
Can I submit my order without uploading artwork?
Yes. If no artwork has been uploaded, the calculator asks you to confirm that you want to submit the order without artwork.
JBMVootu will contact you before production to arrange the required files. Production cannot begin until suitable artwork has been received and approved.
Ordering & Production
Can I order multiple roller banners?
Yes. Select Add to Order to save the current configuration, then use Add Another Banner to begin another display.
Each saved Roller Banner design retains its own size, Print + Base or Print Only selection, quantity, artwork-assistance service, uploaded artwork and design notes.
How do the automatic volume discounts work?
The calculator automatically applies 10% off when eligible printed Roller Banner products reach $1,000.00, and 15% off when they reach $2,000.00.
Artwork assistance and freight are excluded from the discount calculation.
Are the displayed calculator prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Product prices, artwork-service charges and the displayed order subtotal include GST.
Delivery is not included in the calculator subtotal and is confirmed after order review.
Is a purchase order number required?
No. The Purchase Order Number field is optional. Leave it blank if your business or organisation does not use purchase orders.
Where are the graphics printed and finished?
Every ESSENTIAL Roller Banner graphic is professionally printed and finished in Melbourne, Australia.
When does production begin?
Production begins after JBMVootu has reviewed the order, the customer has approved the artwork proof, and the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied. Do I pay when submitting my order?
No. JBMVootu reviews your order first, then emails your artwork proof and Pro Forma Invoice. Customers without an approved trading account approve the artwork and complete payment before production. Approved account customers approve the artwork and payment follows their agreed account terms.

Can I collect my order?
Pickup can be selected when submitting the order. Collection availability and instructions are confirmed during order review.
Setup & Care
How long does setup take?
Setup normally takes only a few minutes and requires no tools. Assemble the support pole, insert it into the cassette, then raise and attach the graphic.
How should I retract the graphic?
Guide the graphic slowly and evenly into the cassette, keeping it centred as it retracts. Never release the graphic suddenly.
How should I clean the fabric graphic?
Remove dust gently using a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.
How should I store the display?
Retract the graphic completely, disconnect the support pole and store the unit horizontally inside its padded carry bag in a clean, dry environment.
What if the banner stops retracting properly?
Stop using the display and contact JBMVootu. Do not open the cassette or attempt to retension the internal spring yourself.
Does the ESSENTIAL Roller Banner include a warranty?
Yes. The ESSENTIAL Roller Banner includes a 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover the printed graphic, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect setup, unauthorised repairs or normal wear over time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If transport damage has occurred, contact JBMVootu as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.
