We review your submitted artwork, finished dimensions, board thicknesses, print sides, mounting finishes, quantities and supplied information to confirm the order is complete and suitable for production.
An Artwork Proof is prepared for approval, and delivery is calculated from the complete order quantity, packaged size, destination and postcode. Pickup from JBMVootu may also be selected when available.
A Pro Forma Invoice confirming the final order value, automatic discount and any applicable delivery charges is emailed with the final order details.
The Artwork Proof must be approved before production. Customers requiring payment before production can then use an available payment method, while approved JBM account holders proceed according to their agreed trading terms.
Once the Artwork Proof is approved and payment is received—or approved account terms are confirmed—the order moves into production. JBMVootu prints, finishes and prepares your Foamcore signs for dispatch or collection.
Delivery is calculated after your order has been received and reviewed. Charges are based on the order quantity, destination, postcode and package size.
The applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown on your Pro Forma Invoice before payment is requested.

Foamcore is a lightweight display board made with a foam centre positioned between smooth outer surfaces. It provides a clean, rigid presentation while remaining easy to handle.
JBMVootu prints directly onto the board in full colour, making it suitable for retail displays, exhibitions, presentations, events, information boards, photography and indoor signage.
Choose 5 mm White Core for lightweight everyday indoor displays. Choose 10 mm when increased rigidity and a more substantial presentation are preferred.
Choose 20 mm White Core for maximum thickness, increased stability and a stronger visual profile. Edging is available for 20 mm boards through the calculator.
Yes. The calculator provides Single-Sided and Double-Sided printing for all available Foamcore thicknesses.
Double-sided printing is useful when the display will be viewed from both directions or positioned in an open indoor area.
You can enter custom finished dimensions within the available production limits or select one of the A-size presets from A0 through A8.

Computer monitors, phones and tablets display colour using light, and their brightness and colour settings vary. A printed display cannot be guaranteed to look identical on every screen.
Correctly prepared artwork and a reasonably calibrated display help produce a more predictable printed result.
Choose the finished dimensions first, then select PDF Template in the calculator. The generated template uses the selected size and includes 5 mm bleed, the cutting line and a 30 mm safe zone.
Keep important text and logos inside the safe zone and extend background colours or images through the bleed area.
The Foamcore order system accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF and Adobe Illustrator files. The upload area displays the current per-file size limit.
Where possible, supply the original print-ready artwork rather than a screenshot or an image copied from social media.

This is useful when an order contains several Foamcore signs with different finished sizes.
Edging is available for 20 mm White Core boards. When selected, the edging is applied around all four outside edges.
Edging is included within the displayed Unit Price and is not shown as a separate customer charge.
Yes. Select Velcro under Mounting Finish, then choose Top & Bottom or All Around.
Suitability depends on the receiving surface, cleanliness, board dimensions, weight and installation conditions.
Yes. Select Adhesive Tape, then choose Top & Bottom or All Around.
The receiving surface must be clean, dry, smooth and suitable for adhesive mounting. Conditions at the installation location can affect adhesion.
No. Eyelets are not available through the Foamcore calculator because they are not suitable for this product construction.
Available mounting finishes are Print Only, 20 mm edging, Velcro and adhesive tape.
Foamcore is primarily intended for suitable indoor display applications. It should be protected from rain, excessive moisture, strong wind and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Yes. Configure the first sign and add it to Your Designs, then create additional Foamcore configurations.
Each design can have its own dimensions, thickness, print sides, mounting finish, artwork service and quantity.
The minimum Foamcore order is $250.00 including GST. The calculator shows the remaining amount required when the saved order is below the minimum.
The calculator automatically applies 10% off when eligible Foamcore products and mounting finishes reach $600.00, and 15% off when they reach $1,200.00.
Artwork assistance and delivery are excluded from the discount calculation.
Yes. Customer prices and order subtotals displayed by the Foamcore calculator include GST.
Delivery is not included in the calculator subtotal and is confirmed after the order is reviewed.

You receive an order reference, confirmation email and PDF containing the submitted Foamcore designs. The WooCommerce order enters JBM Production at Order Received and then moves to Order Under Review.
JBMVootu reviews the artwork and delivery or collection requirements. The artwork proof and Pro Forma Invoice are then supplied for approval. After approval and the applicable payment requirement, the order progresses through production, final checks, packaging and completion for courier pickup or customer collection.
Remove light dust using a clean, soft and dry cloth. Avoid saturating the board with water and do not use abrasive scrubbers or strong chemical cleaners.
Test any cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first.
Store Foamcore signs flat in a clean, dry indoor area away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Place clean protective sheets between printed faces and avoid resting heavy objects on unsupported boards.
A crushed edge, deep dent or crease is generally permanent because the internal foam structure has been compressed.
Prevent damage by supporting the complete board during transport, handling and storage.
Service life depends on handling, mounting, environmental conditions and storage. Foamcore can provide reliable presentation for indoor displays when kept dry and properly supported.
It is not intended as a permanent exterior sign material.
