Design & Print Details Reviewed

We review your saved design, selected ChromaLuxe® Square Metal Print size, quantity and supplied information to confirm that everything required for production has been provided correctly.

Artwork Proof & Delivery Confirmed

A digital artwork proof is prepared for approval. Delivery charges are also calculated according to the order quantity, destination and any relevant access requirements. Warehouse collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Pro Forma Invoice Issued

A Pro Forma Invoice confirming your Square Metal Print order, final pricing and any applicable delivery charges is emailed to you with the artwork proof for review and approval.

Approval & Payment

Once you approve the artwork proof and confirmed order total, payment can be completed using your preferred available method. Payment must be received before production begins.

What is a ChromaLuxe® Metal Print?

A ChromaLuxe® Metal Print is a high-definition artwork reproduction produced on specially coated aluminium using dye-sublimation technology. The process creates a vibrant, highly detailed image with a slim contemporary presentation and durable printed surface.

How is the artwork reproduced on the aluminium?

The artwork is reproduced using specialist dye-sublimation inks and transferred under controlled heat and pressure into the coated ChromaLuxe® aluminium surface. The dyes become infused into the coating rather than sitting as a conventional ink layer on top.

What is included with my Metal Print?

Your selected artwork is professionally reproduced on ChromaLuxe® aluminium and supplied with its rear hanging system fitted during production. Appropriate wall fixings should be selected for your wall construction and the finished print size.

What sizes are available?

The Fine Art Metal Print calculator offers five finished sizes:

Can I change the artwork orientation or proportions?

Each Fine Art Metal Print is prepared using the displayed artwork orientation and proportions. The available sizes preserve that composition and are not custom-cropped through this calculator.

Are the Metal Prints supplied ready to hang?

Yes. A professional concealed rear hanging system is fitted during production. Suitable wall fixings must still be selected for the wall construction and finished print size.

Will the printed colours look exactly like my screen?

Screen brightness, device settings and colour calibration vary. Some difference between an illuminated screen and the finished print is normal. ChromaLuxe® dye-sublimation is designed to provide vibrant, detailed colour reproduction.

How do I order this artwork?

Can I order more than one Metal Print?

Yes. Select the required quantity on any size card. You can order multiple prints in one size or combine several sizes of the same artwork in one order.

Are volume discounts calculated automatically?

Yes. Any eligible automatic volume discount is shown in the live order summary and updates whenever the selected quantities change. Freight is excluded from volume-discount calculations.

Where are JBMVootu Metal Prints produced?

JBMVootu ChromaLuxe® Metal Prints are professionally printed and finished in Melbourne, Australia.

When does production begin?

Production begins after your submitted order has been reviewed, the final amount and delivery requirements have been confirmed, and payment has been received.

Delivery & Payment

Is delivery included?

No. Delivery is calculated after your order has been received and reviewed. The applicable charge is shown on your Pro Forma Invoice before payment is requested.

Is payment required when I submit my order?

No. Your submitted order is reviewed first. A Pro Forma Invoice confirming the products, delivery requirements and final amount is sent before payment is requested.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Select Pickup when submitting your order, and JBMVootu will confirm the arrangements during order review.

Product Care

Are ChromaLuxe® Metal Prints scratch resistant?

The coated surface provides strong resistance to everyday scratching and handling, but it is not scratch-proof. Treat the surface carefully and avoid abrasive materials.

Are Metal Prints moisture resistant?

Yes. The coated aluminium surface is moisture resistant and suitable for many humid interior environments. The finished print should still be protected from prolonged direct water exposure.

Can Metal Prints be displayed outdoors?

This Fine Art ChromaLuxe® collection is intended primarily for indoor display. Contact JBMVootu if you require a print solution for outdoor or continuously exposed conditions.

How do I clean my Metal Print?

Remove dust with a clean, soft microfibre cloth. If required, lightly wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth and dry it gently. Do not use abrasive pads or harsh cleaning products.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If transport damage is found, contact JBMVootu promptly and include clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review and assist.
