JBMVootu · Quality Assurance
With 35 years of print and display experience, we bring practical advice, careful artwork preparation and personal service to your project. From photographic art prints to shopfront signage, the details matter at every stage.
Experience & Personal Service
At JBMVootu, we take time to understand what you are printing, where it will be used and the finish you want. You can speak with John and Marc about your artwork and requirements before your order goes into production.
Our print and display experience helps us identify practical requirements early, from image preparation to suitable materials and finishing.
Our work includes photographic metal prints, CanvasTex™ art panels and custom signage. Product-specific information explains the materials and hardware included.
Questions are handled by the JBM team. If something needs clarification, we discuss it with you before the project proceeds.
Our Quality Process
The checks depend on the product, but the purpose stays the same: confirm the important details, produce with care and prepare your order for delivery or collection.
Free artwork review checks your supplied file for size, resolution, bleed, safe areas and product-specific setup. If we identify a technical issue, we contact you before printing.
We review the selected size, material, print sides and finishing options against your requirements. Tell us about indoor or outdoor use and any special display conditions.
Review the artwork proof and order details before approval. Check spelling, contact information, layout and quantities. Screen previews are not an exact printed colour reference.
Production follows the confirmed specifications for your chosen product. Finishing may include trimming, edge treatment, mounting or preparation with the selected display hardware.
The finished order is checked for the selected product, print presentation and finishing before it is prepared for despatch or pickup.
Your order is packaged for protection during handling and transport. We confirm collection arrangements or provide delivery information and tracking when available.
Across the JBM Range
A photographic art print and a pavement sign serve different purposes. Our preparation and finishing follow the requirements of the product you choose.
Image quality, composition and the selected format are reviewed for your photographic print. Finished presentation includes the mounting arrangement specified for the product.
Artwork placement, panel dimensions and the wrapped-edge layout are considered together so important details sit appropriately within the finished design.
For Corflute and foam board, we review the selected material, dimensions, print sides and any available finishing options against the order details.
Bleed and safe areas follow the matching product instructions. We check artwork placement around edges, eyelets, rail grips or other finishing areas where applicable.
Your selected size, print sides, graphics and ordered hardware are confirmed together. Graphic-only orders and complete-system orders are treated according to your selection.
For A-frames and blade sign light boxes, we confirm the selected model, dimensions and artwork for both outward-facing panels or faces.
Clear Information Before Production
Submitting your custom-print order starts the review process. No payment is required at submission. We confirm the artwork, order requirements and freight before issuing your Pro Forma Invoice.
Free technical review is included. File adjustment or design work is a separate artwork-assistance service where selected; available charges are shown on the product calculator.
Delivery depends on the destination and packaged order. The reviewed freight charge is shown on your invoice. Pickup can be selected where available.
Production begins once the artwork and order details are approved and payment requirements are complete. Approved trading accounts follow their agreed terms.
